ENTERPRISE NOTIFICATION TOOL

MINDBODY supports businesses of varying size, including single service providers and large multi-location fitness facilities. I worked with UX Design and Research to identify the terms customers were already using to interact with their franchise locations. We used these and incorporated key data points to help users track the success of their notifications.
